This training course, taking place in Finland, aims to strengthen youth workers' skills in supporting the emotional and mental well-being of young individuals. You will come together with youth workers from all across Europe, share experiences, and gain practical skills you can apply in real life. Don't miss this opportunity! 🌍💚 📋 Project Details Activity Type: Training Course Project Dates: 19 – 23 October 2026 Location: Finland (exact venue to be announced later) Working Language: English Participant Profile: Youth workers — people who regularly work directly with young people and take an active role in a local youth organisation. Therapists, psychologists, or clinical health staff, as well as teachers working in formal education institutions, cannot participate in this training. Number of Participants: 25 people Travel Support: Coverage of travel costs varies from country to country; we recommend contacting your National Agency to learn about the practice in your own country. Accommodation and Meals: For selected participants, accommodation (single room) and meals from dinner on 19 October to breakfast on 23 October are covered under the Erasmus+ programme. 🎯 What Will You Gain from This Training? A Training Course is an intensive and hands-on learning programme organised under the Erasmus+ Youth programme to develop the professional competencies of youth workers and volunteers. Such courses aim to directly translate the knowledge and skills gained into the field.
